She is certified in Guidance and Counselling from Jamia Millia Islamia University. Kanika's Career began in 1998 in the field of Marketing, after her BBA(Hons.)from Apeejay School Of Marketing in collaboration with Thames Valley University, London. She gave up a lucrative career in marketing to follow her dream to work with children. She then pursued courses in NTT and B.Ed . Since then, there isn't a looking back and today in the field of education she excels in understanding the primary needs of an educational institution, children and parents.

She has spent over a decade in teaching, planning curriculum, event management at primary level, parental counselling and understanding child's psychology. As a workshop leader with the constant changes in the environment today, her talent and skills coupled with an inspiration to contribute towards the growing need of skills for life in children and maintain healthy relationships.

Her strong passion and patience to work with kids /parents and to understand their needs makes it easy for each of them to approach her and share their thoughts with her, whilst enhancing their self esteem and build confidence in them thus changing life for better.
